Turns out all that spam I’ve been getting isn’t lying: a penis extender can actually work.

It's not his bag, baby.

ABC Affiliate 7 News is reporting out of Denver that an Italian study concluded you can gain almost a full inch to your manhood. The downside? You’ve got to wear “a device with dynamic rods” over the course of six months. But it may be a case of “show ‘er, not grow ‘er:”

Urologist Dr. Paolo Gontero said the average flaccid length at the start was 2.82 inches. After a year, it was 3.72 inches, though there was no increase in girth. He said erectile function scores also improved during the test.

It’s also bad news for the unfortunately named penis enlargement doctor in Toronto, Dr. Robert Stubbs. The study concludes the results may be sufficient to recommend this alternative to Stubbs’ process of disconnecting the base of the penis (which, like a submerged iceberg is bigger inside the body than flaccid outside of it), revealing more, then reconnecting it. The procedure is known as phalloplasty.
